Since 2010 the Mary Wood Trust has been in a position to support several girls each year as they pursue Further Education.
A number have attended Kabale University and Bishop Barham University, for diploma or degree courses; nursing and midwifery courses at Bwindi Nursing School; certificate courses in agriculture and electrical installation at various local technical colleges. One of the past students from NGSS is currently doing a secretarial course at a college in Kihiihi.

This we feel is a vital contribution in the lives of those girls who have benefited from the Trust's support, and for whom attending University or college would only be a dream.

The most recent Student to graduate is Gift Orishaba,
at Bishop Barham Christain university in Kabale
with a upper Second class degree (2.1)
- Bachelor of Public Administration.
